Let’s face the fact that the big scammers are the Nigeria leaders who are banking the Nigerian oil money abroad while it´s citizen are living under lessthan a dollar per day. And the law is against catching and putting them in the prison. Nobody should charge those guys. If they really want to end scam, the government of Nigeria should think of making Nigeria to be like the Western world where every civilian can work and earn good money.
